Recognize Bell County Historical Commission and present to it the Texas Historical Commission 2015 Distinguished Award in recognition of its active and well-balanced preservation program.
Recognize the Bell County Technical Services Department and Director, Adam Ward, for being selected by the Center for Digital Government at the Annual Conference of the National Association of Counties for a Top-Ten Ranking in the 2016 Digital Counties Survey, with 6th Place in the 250,000 – 499,999 Population Category. Bell County was the only county (in any population category) from Texas recognized.
Consider ratification and approval of the appointment of Judge James Lively, Hamilton County and Judge John Firth, Coryell County Judge, for additional two year terms, from September 1, 2016 to August 31st, 2018, to the Board of Trustees of Central Counties Services.

Consider for approval new fiber internet connectivity with Grande Communications at 601 N. Main Street, Salado, Texas for $600.00/monthly.
Consider approval of the purchase, from Bingo Reserve funds of up to $105,000 as authorized by the Bell County Youth Fair Executive Board, a skid steer loader, cattle tie panels, cattle scales and a rotary harrow, as follows: a. New Holland L228 skid steer loader with 72” bucket, 48” pallet forks and counterweight kit, from Blackland Implement, for $35,350.00 b. 160 – 10’ “Houston-style” cattle tie panels and 88 – 4’ alley bows, from Priefert Rodeo and Ranch Equipment (via TIPS), for $56,674.00 c. Paul Scales model 305S cattle scale (used at Houston Livestock Show) and refurbish existing Expo scales, from Paul Scales, for $7,947.30 d. 7’ rotary harrow, from Paul Hood/H&H Metal Fabricating, for $1,250 (reimburse Expo)
