Consider continued administration of the County Indigent Health Care Program (CIHCP) according to policies described in Chapter 61 of the Health & Safety Code and in the County Indigent Care Program Handbook (“Handbook”), which is written, updated and distributed to CIHCP Counties by the Texas Department of State Health Services.
