Canvass and consider certifying approval of the results of the November 8, 2016 General Election held in Bell County pursuant to Chapter 67 of the Texas Election Code.
Consider approval of Statement of Work between Metroplex Health System and Bell County for Bell County Indigent Defense, Licensed Social Work Support, for 2016-2017.
Consider authorizing the Bell County Juvenile Services to donate 8 surplus lockers (student lockers) to the Central Texas Youth Services’ Runaway and Homeless Drop-In Center in Belton for their runaways, crisis youth, trafficking victims and children in support of community collaboration/public purpose and effective reutilization of resources in accordance with Local Government Code Section 263.152, Disposition, 4, (A), (B), and (C).
Considering authorizing the County Auditor to advertise for bids for base material for the Road & Bridge Department.
Consider authorizing HTS Texas to install three coats of epoxy liner in a leaking six-inch hot water return line for the Expo Center’s HVAC system and declare this service an emergency purchase exempt from competitive bidding in accordance to Local Government Code Section 262.024, Discretionary Exemptions (1) and (3). The cost for the repairs are $57.175.00 and includes a ten-year warranty.
