Consider approval of an Amendment to the Contract dated March 14, 2016 with MW Builders, Inc., establishing a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) in the amount of $3,575,355.00, including the Base Bid and Alternatives 1 through 5, for Construction Management-at-Risk services associated with the Sitework and Exhibit Building Renovation - Phase 1, associated with Request for Proposal #06-16. Notice to Proceed shall be issued concurrent with the date of issuance of the Building Permit.
