Consider appointment of Precinct 3 Commissioner Bill Schumann as Board Member of Hill Country Community Action Association and Precinct 1 Commissioner Russell Schneider to serve as Alternate for Bell County Judge Jon H. Burrows.
Consider approval of Resolutions for the Bell/Lampasas Counties Drug Court and Bell County Veterans Treatment Court Program.
Consider approval of the fourth of five contracted one year service amendments, to the original agreement for inmate and juvenile health care services dated January 12, 2014, for medical services at the Bell County Jails and Juvenile Detention Center in Killeen. This Amendment shall go into effect February 1, 2017 and shall include limited services as mutually agreed upon for the Juvenile Justice Alternative education Program (JJAEP).
Consider terminating the award of contractor, Camden Enterprises Inc, due to their unresponsiveness and failure to provide a Payment and Performance bond in accordance to the terms and conditions set out in RFP 03-17 – Bell County Museum Exterior Renovations; and consider claim on bid bond; and consider authorizing the County Auditor to re-advertise for request for proposals for the Bell County Museum Exterior Renovations.
Consider authorizing the award of IFB 09-17 – Public Parking Lot Renovations within the City of Belton to the lowest responsible bidder, Lone Star Grading and Materials for the total cost of $249,439.00. The City of Belton has dedicated $75,000.00 to this project through a TIRZ allocation.
Consider authorizing the third of four (4) six-month renewals with Industrial Asphalt & Aggregates and Vulcan Construction Materials, under the same terms and conditions from IFB #14-15, Cold Mix Limestone Rock Asphalt.
