Consider the approval of a change in the HVAC design to the East end of the EXPO Exhibition Building replacing the two supply duct design with a four supply duct design. This change will allow for a better weight distribution on the existing roof structure and will lower the HVAC air volume which will reduce the noise level of the HVAC system on the east end of the exhibition building while still maintaining temperature. Cost for this change will be deduct from the Owners contingency funds already approved by the Court.
