Consider approval of five (5) year 70% Property Tax Abatement on $1,500,000.00 building improvement for Belltec Industries, an existing industrial business located in the original Belton Industrial Park. The construction of a 14,500 sq. ft. manufacturing addition will be located in Tax Abatement Reinvestment Zone #11 in the City of Belton. Belton City Council approved this abatement on April 25, 2017. The anticipated Bell County Tax is as follows, and will total an estimated $22,113.00 over five (5) years. 2018 - $4,422.60 2019 - $4,422.60 2020 - $4,422.60 2021 - $4,422.60 2022 - $4,422.60
