Recognize Bell County Veterans Service Officer K.C. Hawkins on her selection to be a National County Veterans Service Officer (NACVSO) Instructor. In that capacity she will be on the NACVSO Training Team that will periodically provide training to Veterans Service Officers around the country.
Consider approval of Linda L. Ronk of Belton, Texas as a Volunteer on the Bell County Child Welfare Board.
Consider approval of Special Flood Hazard Area Encroachment and Liability Waiver Agreement between Bell County and the City of Killeen regarding 204 Priest Drive in Killeen.
Consider authorizing the last of four (4) 6-month renewals with awarded vendor, Vulcan Construction Material LP, under the same terms and conditions from IFB #14-15, Cold Mix Limestone Rock Asphalt for Road and Bridge.
Consider and take action to recess the regularly scheduled meeting of the Bell County Commissioners Court in order to conduct business as the County of Bell Employee Benefits Trust.
Reconvene Bell County Commissioners Court to consider and take action to accept the action of the County of Bell Employee Benefits Trust to accept proposals/bids for Employee Medical and pharmacy Benefits Insurance and Employee Dental Benefits Insurance.
Consider and take action to authorize funding of the Bell County Employee Medical and Pharmacy Benefits Insurance, being Scott & White Health Plan, and Employee Dental Benefits Insurance, being Ameritas Dental Plan Insurance renewal, and to authorize transfer of funds from Bell County General Funds to the County of Bell Employee Benefits Trust Account as needed to fund premiums as presented by the insurance carriers.
