Conduct Public Hearing to consider a plan for the District Clerk’s District Court Records Technology Fund, pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 51.305 for preservation and restoration services performed in conjunction with maintaining a district courts record archive.
Consider adoption of Bell County District Clerk Preservation and Restoration Records Plan, pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 51.305, and adoption of a District Court Record Archive fee of $10.00 effective October 1, 2017, to be collected beginning January 1, 2018.
Set Monday, August 28, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. for a Public Hearing, as required by Chapter 297 of the Health and Safety Code, on the amounts of any mandatory payments that the Bell County Commissioners Court intends to require during the year and how the revenue derived from those payments is to be spent.

Consider continued administration of the County Indigent Health Care Program (CIHCP) for State Fiscal Year of September 1, 2017-August 31, 2018, and in accordance with the policies described in the County Indigent Health Care Program Handbook, hereby referred to as Handbook, which is written, updated and distributed to CIHCP counties by the Department of State Health Services. Continuation of this level of administration includes: • Adherence to the minimum eligibility criteria outlined in the Handbook and; • Provision of basic health care services and adopted optional health care services as outlined in the Handbook.
Consider the adoption of specified Optional Services to be included with the Bell CIHCP benefits package for the State Fiscal Year of September 1, 2017 – August 31, 2018.
Consider approval of the purchase of 26 rack mounted UPS’s (uninterruptible power supplies) from Southern Computer Warehouse (SCW.com) at a cost $18,097 for Bell County’s network switches.
