Recognize Rita Kelley, Department Head of Bell County’s Indigent Care Program, for her selection as the 2017 Shirley Biels Health Care Worker of the Year at the 24th Annual Awards Ceremony of the Bell County Judge and Commissioners’ Committee on People with Disabilities.
Consider a determination whether circumstances are present in all or part of the unincorporated area of Bell County that creates a public safety hazard that would be exacerbated by outdoor burning, and if so, consider approval of Order Restricting Outdoor Burning (Burn Ban).
Consider approval of 2018 Bell County Resolution - Indigent Defense Grant Program of the Texas Indigent Defense Commission in which the County Judge is designated as the Authorized Official and the County Auditor is designated as the Financial Officer for the grant.
Consider authorizing the purchase of consulting services from Gartner Executive Programs through DIR Contract # DIR-TSO-2531, for a total amount of $57,200.00 paid in two equal payments for the Technology Services Department.
Consider authorizing a one-year renewal to the contract with G&K Services for Uniform Rental for Bell County through Buyboard contract # 416-12.
