Consider the appointment of Mr. Hal Schiffman of Harker Heights as Bell County representative on the Bell County Tax Appraisal Board of Directors for a two-year term beginning January 1, 2018 and expiring December 31, 2019.
Consider status of Order Restricting Outdoor Burning (Burn Ban) issued on November 27, 2017 and set to expires December 18, 2017.
Consider approval of Order Prohibiting Certain Fireworks in Specified Areas of Bell County, Texas, specifically “skyrockets with sticks” and “missiles with fins” in the unincorporated areas of Bell County.
Consider authorizing the County Auditor to purchase 8,000 tons of aggregate, type D, grade 4, from Capitol Aggregates through TxSmartBuy Contract #750-A1, for an estimated costs of $310,694.40, due to a shortage of available aggregate from our contracted vendor Killeen Crushed Stone.
