Consider approval of a Resolution authorizing a Facilities Lease Agreement between Bell
County, as Lessor, and BCFS Health and Human Services (BCFS), as Lessee, in which
Bell County provides approximately 4000 square feet of unused space for BCFS to use to
operate its Children’s Sheltering Program at a rental of $4,000.00 per month and to
purchase daily meals at $25.70 per day per child/staff member, and authorizing County
Judge to further negotiate such terms and sign such documents on behalf of Bell County
as appropriate.
