Recognize the Bell County Communications Center and Fort Hood 911 for their selection as the 911 Telecommunication Team of the Year for 2017 by the Texas Association of Public Safety Communications Officials (APCO).
Consider approval of Proclamation designating April 8-14, 2018 as National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week.
Consider approval of Memorandum of Understanding between Bell County/Bell County Sheriff’s Department and Texas A&M University - Central Texas, a member of The Texas A&M University System, an agency of the State of Texas, Police Department (TAMUCTPD) outlining communication and coordination of efforts between the two law enforcement entities.
Consider the approval of contract with Wright Builders in the amount of $6,360.00 to address the need for expanded office space at the Constable, PCT1, office. This effort will include the removal of a wall between the existing Constable office and a storage closet giving space for an additional staff person to office.
Consider authorizing the County Auditor to advertise the Bell County Auction to be held on May 15, 2018 at the old PCT Barn, located at 1309 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, in Killeen.
