Consider approval of Memorandum of Agreement between Bell County, Texas and United States Army Garrison Fort Hood regarding the installation of Security Surveillance Systems at Robert Gray Army Airfield (RGAAF) and Killeen-Fort Hood Regional Airport (KFHRA).
Consider approval of Agreement for Professional Services between the City of Killeen, Texas as “Owner”, Bell County, Texas as “County” and Garver, LLC as the provider of professional services for the installation of closed-circuit televison (CCTV) cameras and network infrastructure around the perimeter of Robert Gray Army Airfield (RGAAF). Improvements will also include CCTV cameras at the ASR-11 and transmitter sites, entry control points (ECPs) 14 and 54 and Gate 19. This also includes head-end equipment for network management and video signage.
Consider approval of Change Order Number 2 for the purchase of additional kitchen equipment to replace the used equipment currently scheduled to be used in the Equine Center. This change is a zero dollar add to the project GMP, with the $54,111.00 cost of this equipment to be taken from the Owners Contingency fund.
Consider rejecting all bids from IFB# 07-18, Bell County Jail Roof and Building Enclosure Repairs, due to a change in the original scope of work, with the change in the scope of work to be a new roof install instead of a roof repair of the Bell County Jail (Central Jail - Downtown); and consider authorizing the County Auditor to advertise for bids for the Bell County Jail Roof Replacement and Building Enclosure Repairs.
