Consider approving the County Auditor to register Bell County as a member of the National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA). NCPA is a purchasing cooperative that evaluates and awards contracts to reduce cost of goods and services by leveraging the purchasing power of agencies in all 50 states. All NCPA contracts have been competitively solicited by a lead public agency. Each solicitation contains language that allows the contract to be used by other government agencies.
Consider ratifying the purchase of furniture for the new Equestrian Facility through Perry Office Plus, an authorized dealer for Grand Rapids Chair Company Contract #07-30, through the purchasing cooperative, National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA) in the amount of $116,365.00.
Consider a one year renewal contract with Gallagher Benefit Services Inc. under the same terms and conditions as the original contract dated May 14, 2014. If approved the renewal contract date will be May 14, 2018 to May 13, 2019.

Two (2) Kubota M6L-111SDS 4WD low profile tractors from Kubota Tractor Corporation through BuyBoard Contract #515-16, for $47,104.17/each – total $94,208.34; b. Cattle ties (160 – 10’ tie stall panels and 88 – 4’ alley frames) from Priefert Rodeo and Ranch Equipment through TIPS Contract #170501, for $66,486.08; c. Kiser 10’ DragMaster plow from ABI Attachments, Inc as a single source purchase, for $30,263; and d. 8’ Arena groomer from Priefert Rodeo and Ranch Equipment through TIPS Contract #170501, for $2,374.64
Consider approval of Department of the Army License No. DACA63-3-18-0513 between The Secretary of the Army, under the general administrative Authority of the Secretary, and Bell County, Texas in which Bell County is granted a license for approximately 1,265 square feet of space, more or less, in the MG Williams Judicial Building Center, Building 5794, upon lands of the United States on Fort Hood Military Installation, as identified in Exhibit A - Map, attached to this license. This license is granted for a term of Five (5) years, beginning 1 April 2018 and ending 31 March 2013, but revocable at will by the Secretary. This license replaces Lease No. DACA63-1-11-0536.
