Consider adoption of Bell County District Clerk Preservation and Restoration Records Plan, pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 51.305, and adoption of a District Court Record Archive fee of $10.00 effective October 1, 2018, to be collected beginning January 1, 2019.
Set Monday, August 27, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. for a Public Hearing, as required by Chapter 297 of the Health and Safety Code, on the amounts of any mandatory payments that the Bell County Commissioners Court intends to require during the year and how the revenue derived from those payments is to be spent.
