Consider ratifying the approval of a contract with “Intertech Commercial Flooring” through BuyBoard Contract #561-18 for the purchase and installation of flooring in the total amount of $120,945 for the following locations: -Sheriff’s Office (4th Floor) - $37,292; -Sheriff’s Office (1st Floor) - $38,215; and -Loop Jail - $45,438

Consider the approval of a change order to the EXPO Equine project for re-work and replacement of all the existing hydronic piping inside the EXPO Dome. The project is necessary to address the failing hydronic piping system which has started to leak due to heavy corrosion. This change order is for $1,591,198.00. Funding of $1,323,658 shall be taken from the remaining contingency funds within the original GMP established for the Equine project, the remaining funding for this project shall be taken form fund balance.
