Receive Order from District Judges appointing Interim County Auditor effective January 1, 2019.
Consider report from Shay Luedeke, Bell County Tax Assessor-Collector, concerning Child Safety Allocations to Bell County and Bell County Cities for fees collected October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018.
Consider authorizing the County Auditor to purchase one (1) Volvo Excavator model EC220E from Romco Equipment Company through the purchasing cooperative, Sourcewell, under the Contract #032515-VCE for a total amount of $177,856 for the Road & Bridge Department.
Consider approval to replace the Chiller at the Historic Bell County Courthouse with Daikin Applied through purchasing cooperative, BuyBoard, under contract #555-17 & #558-18, in the total amount of $97,300.
Under Section 551.072 and Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code, the Court will go into Executive Session to deliberate Real Property and Economic Development matters.
