Ratify allocation of $7,475.10 to the Bell County Fire Chief’s Association (BCFCA) to cover shortfall of funds from 2018 Assistance to Firefighter Grant to cover the purchase of County radio needs of BCFCA, with the $7,475.10 to be paid out of the $100,000.00 Bell County budgeted VFD Grant funds, leaving a balance of $92,524.90 in that account.
Consider the approval of Amendment #1 to the original contract with Smith Supply Co., LLC under the purchasing cooperative “TIPS”, Contract # 170104, to add janitorial services for the Bell County Temple Annex building beginning January 1, 2019, and to add janitorial services for the Temple HELP Center public restroom. This contract will be managed by the Facility Services Department; with approved budget amendment.
Consider authorizing the purchase of consulting services from Gartner Executive Programs through DIR Contract # DIR-TSO-2531 for a total amount of $59,195.00 for the Technology Services Department.
Consider the approval of a contract with DataBank IMX to upgrade the County’s Onbase environment for $8,610.00 for the County’s electronic document repository.
