Consider donation of skeleton of a bridge that has been in the Road & Bridge Yard for approximately 30 years to the Boys and Girls Club of Central Texas, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, under the authority of Local Government Code Section 263.152, upon determining that trying to sell the item would result in no bid or a bid price that is less than expenses of the bid process; the donation serves a public purpose by the item being placed on the Boys and Girls Club Nature Walk at the Parrie Hayes Ranch near Maxdale; and the Club will provide adequate consideration by relieving the County of transportation or disposal expenses.
