Consider authorizing the County Judge to enter into a contract for the award of RFP 08-19, Inmate and Juvenile Medical Services for Bell County to Correct Care Solutions, LLC for an initial contract term of 9 months with 4 one-year renewal options, with the initial 9 month period annual price not to exceed $2,865,666 and the 4 one year renewal options not to exceed the amounts set forth in RFP08-19, Updated Proposal Pricing Sheet dated December 19, 2018.
Consider authorizing the County Judge to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with Central Counties Center for Mental Health and Mental Retardation Services for on-site mental health services associated with Inmate and Juvenile Medical services in an amount not to exceed $9,964.50 per month.
Consider authorizing the County Auditor to advertise for bids, Hot Applied Crack Seal, for the Road and Bridge Department.
Pursuant to Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code, the Court may convene into a closed meeting to deliberate on the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property as the deliberation of such would have a detrimental effect on the position of the Court in negotiations.
