Consider authorizing the final renewal option with both Vulcan Construction Materials LLC, and Texas Materials Group Inc., under the same terms and conditions from bid# 03-18, for Cold Mix Limestone Rock Asphalt for the Road and Bridge Department. Final renewal term will be from April 1, 2019 to September 30, 2019.
Consider authorizing the County Judge to enter into a contract with Chaney-Cox Construction from RFP 09-19, Construction Manager-at-Risk Services awarded in Commissioners Court on November 26, 2018 (Item #4) for the established guarantee maximum price (GMP) from Chaney-Cox Construction dated 12/21/18 00 for the Bell County Public Safety Operations Building in the amount of $2,887,560.00 and consider approving the add alternate #1 for a 6 foot tall chain link fence with gates in the amount of $48,498.00. for a total project cost of $2,936,058.00.
