County Engineer Items: a. Consider Final Plat Approval of the “Spring Creek Subdivision.” Being an 83.52-acre, 107 lot, 5 block subdivision located in Bell County, Precinct 2. b. Consider entering into an Interlocal Agreement between the City of Holland and Bell County for rehabilitation of streets estimated at $81,964.00 located in Precinct 1. c. Receive and consider approval of the 2018 Annual Report of the Road and Bridge Department.
Consider authorizing a budget amendment for the transfer of funds from General Fund to the Capital Projects County Construction Fund in the amount of $3,242,525 to be used to construct the Bell County Public Safety Operations Building.
Pursuant to Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code and Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code, the Court may convene into a closed meeting to deliberate on: a. the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property as the deliberation of such would have a detrimental effect on the position of the Court in negotiations; and b. commercial or financial information that the governmental body has received from a business prospect that the governmental body seeks to have locate, stay, or expand in or near the territory of the governmental body and with which the governmental body is conducting economic development negotiations with.
