Loop 121) and (Tract 2) WL of I-35, S of Loop 121, Belton, Bell County, Texas as described in the appraisal report by Lone Star Right of Way Services, Inc. and the replacement of structures due to the acquisition (i.e. fence, entrance, sign, parking replacement, striping, utility vault relocate) to the Texas Department of Transportation in the amount of $1,043,928.00.
Consider authorizing the last of four (4) 6-month renewal option with both Austin White Lime Transport, and Austin White Lime Company, under the same terms and conditions from bid# 02-17 – “Quicklime” for the Road and Bridge Department. Final renewal term will be from April 1, 2019 to September 30, 2019.
Consider authorizing a renewal contract with the Harris Corporation for FX software maintenance for the Bell County Communication Center’s P-25 radio system. Contract cost is $80,000 and is a sole source purchase and budgeted expense of BCCC. This system provides the critical radio communications for all public safety agencies in Bell County.
