County Engineer: a. Consider Final Plat Approval of the “Iduma Trail Amending.” Being a 10.00- acres 1 lot, 1 block subdivision located within the City of Killeen’s ETJ, Bell County, Precinct 4. b. Consider entering into an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Nolanville to trim vegetation in the Right-of-Way on Pleasant Hill Cemetery Road. Project total cost $924.89. Located in Precinct 1.
Consider accepting the donation of one Caterpillar Olympian 25k Generator set (Serial # NPT00229) and all associated equipment from the Bell County Health Department for the Bell County Emergency Management Department for use throughout the County for emergencies; appropriate under Local Government Code, Title 3, subtitle B, Chapter 81, subchapter B, Section 81.032.
Consider authorizing the County Judge to execute Amendment #3 to the original contract with Smith Supply Co., LLC (dated October 23, 2018) to add janitorial services for the following buildings with a budget amendment transfer from various 510 accounts. July 1, 2019 start date: a. Bell County Killeen Annex Building 1- not to exceed $ 2905.00 per month. b. Bell County Killeen Annex Building 2- not to exceed $ 675.00 per month. c. Bell County Killeen Annex Building 3- not to exceed $ 2011.00 per month. d. Bell County Killeen HELP Center- not to exceed $ 675.00 per month August 1, 2019 start date: a. Bell County Juvenile Building 4- not to exceed $ 1117.00 per month. b. Bell County Juvenile Building 10- not to exceed $ 2682.00 per month.
Consider authorizing funding of the Bell County Employee Medical, Dental and Pharmacy Benefits Insurance, not to exceed $6,558 per employee for FY2020 for health and pharmacy group benefits and not to exceed $235 per employee for dental group benefits, for a total annual estimated cost of $7,095,756 based upon 1,082 enrollments in the health and pharmacy group plan and $291,992 for the dental plan based upon 1,242 enrollments. This authorization and appropriation is conditioned upon recommendation and action taken by the Bell County Employee Benefits Trust awarding the group health, pharmaceutical, and dental plans to Scott & White and Ameritas. Upon said action by the Bell County Employee Benefits Trust, the County Auditor is authorized to transfer of funds from the Bell County General Fund to the County of Bell Employee Benefits Trust Account as needed to fund premiums as presented by the above named insurance carriers.
