Consider Approval of a “Right – of – Way Easement.” Located within the Circle C Ranch Estates.” A Subdivision located in the City of Belton and Temple’s ETJ, Bell County, Precinct 1. c. Consider Final Plat approval of the “Amity Estate Phase IV Subdivision.” Being a 42.560- acres, 54 lot, 7 block Subdivision located within the Village of Salado’s ETJ, Bell County, Precinct 2.
Consider the approval of a change order to the contract for Architectural services on the EXPO re-piping project with MRB Group in the amount of $3,024.00. This change will cover an additional 18 hours of onsite architect time necessary for project oversight and issues resolution.
Consider the temporary reassignment of the Little River-Academy Volunteer Fire Department’s response area to the adjacent Fire Departments of Rogers, Holland, Salado, Troy and Temple.
Consider approving the first one-year renewal agreement for inmate and juvenile medical services, in the amount of $4,106,783, with Wellpath LLC, extending services to September 30, 2020
Consider the funding request from the Texas Health and Human Services Commission for DY7 Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) programs to be paid from Bell County Indigent Health Care funding. The request consists of $490,975.03 in reporting programs and $5,126.67 in monitoring fees.
