Consider authorizing the County Judge to approve Change Order #6 to the Master Contract for the EXPO Equine & Livestock Center in the amount of $52,345.
Consider granting a discretionary exemption from the competitive bidding requirements, as allowed by Local Government Code Section 262.024 (a) (1) (2) & (3), to authorize the County Judge to execute a contract with Blackmon Mooring for the clean up , repair, restoration, and reconstruction of the Bell County Technology Services building in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00.
