Pursuant to section 297.101 Texas Health & Safety Code, the County Commissioners Court will hold a public hearing to discuss, consider, and take action on the amount of the mandatory provider participation payments that the Bell County Commissioners Court intends to require of all local hospitals in fiscal year (FY) 2019 and how the revenue derived from those payments is to be spent.
Consider a Resolution setting the FY19 Rate for the Bell County Health Care Provider Participation Fund (LPPF).
Consider authorizing the County Judge to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with SPJST Star Lodge#47 for reception center facility services for federal, state, and community-wide disasters and emergencies.

Consider authorizing the County Judge to execute amendment #1 to original agreement with Election Systems & Software (ES&S) to exchange one DS450 printer for one DS850 printer including annual maintenance at a cost not to exceed $50,394.00 for the Elections Department.
Consider authorizing the County Judge to sign a Lease Extension Agreement between Bell County, as Lessor, and United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), as Lessee, extending lease for 24 months from October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2022.
