Consider adoption of Resolution of the Bell County Commissioners Court for the Adoption of the County of Bell Section 125 Cafeteria Plan effective November 1, 2019 through October 31, 2020.
Consider authorizing the County Judge to enter into a contract with Kofile Technologies through the Texas Multiple Award Schedule Program, (TxMAS), Contract # TXMAS -18-3602 for preservation and restoration of 44 handwritten Commissioner Court Minute Books (1851-1981) for the total cost not to exceed $267,173.82 for the County Clerk’s Office. This project being previously approved as part of the County Clerk’s Records Management and Preservation Plan for FY 2019-2020.
