Consider an Order Restricting Outdoor Burning (Burn Ban) and making a determination as to whether circumstances are present in all or part of the unincorporated area of Bell County that create a public safety hazard that would be exacerbated by outdoor burning.
Consider approval of 2020 Bell County Resolution for Indigent Defense Grant Program under the provisions of Texas Government Code Section 79.037 and Texas Administrative Code Chapter 173, designating the County Judge as the Authorized Official and the County Auditor as the Financial Officer for this grant.
Consider authorizing the County Judge to enter into a contract with Data Preservation Solutions, LLC, through Department of Information Resources (DIR), Contract # DIRTSO- 4038 for implementation of Property Fraud Alert, an internet based system that automatically alerts constituents each time there is recording activity on a property owned by them, at a cost not to exceed $ 23,318.80 – (A one-time fee of $15,716.80 for Software and installation; and $ 7,602.00 for a 3-year annual maintenance fee.) Property Fraud Alert is subscription only access with no fee to the consumer. This project being previously approved as part of the County Clerk’s Records Management and Preservation Plan for FY 2019-2020.
