Consider donating one Sheriff’s Department 2014 Chevrolet Police Package Tahoe, VIN# 1GN1C2E0XER225545 to the Temple College Public Safety Department, under Local Government Code Section 263.151 (2) and Section 263.152 (a)(4)(B). This donation will serve a public purpose for the residents of Bell County by enabling Temple College to enhance the emergency response capabilities of their Public Safety Department.
Consider authorizing the County Judge to submit an application to the Texas Secretary of State to establish countywide polling places in accordance with Section 43.007 et al of the Texas Election Code.
