Conduct a Public Hearing Relating to the Issuance of tax-exempt bonds by the Mission Economic Development Corporation for the financing of a solid waste disposal facility located at 706 Landfill Road, Temple, Bell County, Texas.
Consider authorizing the County Judge to execute certificates approving the Public Hearing and the Order relating to the Issuance of solid waste disposal revenue bonds, Series 2008, by the Mission Economic Development Corporation to finance the costs of acquiring, constructing, equipping and improving the facilities, including portions of the facilities located at 706 Landfill Road, Temple, Bell County, Texas.
Consider authorizing the County Judge to execute an amendment to the tax abatement agreement between the City of Belton, Belltec Industries, Inc, and Bell County.
Consider the appointment of Devin Rosenthal as Constable, Precinct 3, effective April 1, 2020, to serve the unexpired term of retiring Constable, Precinct 3, Thomas Prado.
