Discuss and consider authorizing the County Judge to amend the Interlocal Agreement between Bell County, the Village of Salado, Salado Water Supply Corporation, and the Clearwater Underground Water Conservation District relating to a coordinated effort to address the US Fish & Wildlife Service listing of the Salado salamander as a threatened species under the Endangered Species Act, such amendment may include adding parties to the agreement and increasing the Bell County financial commitment in an amount not to exceed $50,000.
Discuss and consider action on the Bell County Local Disaster Declaration dated March 18, 2020, any associated Directives that have been issued by the County Judge, and any federal or state declarations or orders associated with such.
