Discuss and consider approval of a Resolution in support of continued participation in the County-wide Polling Place Program.
Consider ratifying the purchase of certain PPE needed for Bell County response to COVID19 in the amount of $122,636.14 and finding the purchase of such PPE was authorized as an item that must be purchased to preserve and protect the public health and safety of the residents of Bell County pursuant to Sec 262.024 (a) (2) of the Texas Local Government Code.
County Engineer: a. 4Consider the Preliminary Plat Approval of “Mill Creek Springs Phase IX” being a 25.035 acre, 39 lots, 3 block Subdivision located within the Village of Salado’s ETJ, Bell County, Precinct 2.
Discuss and consider action on the Bell County Local Disaster Declaration dated March 18, 2020, any associated Directives that have been issued by the County Judge, and any federal or state declarations or orders associated with such.
