Consider approval of Audit Engagement Letter with Brockway, Gersbach, Franklin & Niemeier, P.C. for the Bell County independent audit for Fiscal Year ending September 30, 2020 for an amount not to exceed $109,800, plus out of pocket expenses. b. Consider approval of Audit Engagement Letter with Brockway, Gersbach, Franklin & Niemeier, P.C. for the Bell County Juvenile Probation Department independent audit for Fiscal Year ending August 31, 2020 for an amount not to exceed $14,800. c.
