Consent Agenda: (all items listed on the Consent Agenda are considered routine and not requiring separate discussion or vote and may be considered on a single motion; however, at the request of any Commissioner, any item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and discussed and voted on separately): a. Consider approval of an Order of the Bell County Commissioners Court establishing the office of the Bell County Fire Marshal as a Law Enforcement Agency.
Consider making a determination as to whether circumstances are present in all or part of the unincorporated area of Bell County that create a public safety hazard that would be exacerbated by outdoor burning and issuing an Order Restricting Outdoor Burning (Burn Ban).
Discuss and consider reinstating Little River Academy Volunteer Fire Department, to include reinstating their service area.
County Engineer: a. 3Consider Final Plat approval of the “Oak Hill Ranch Estates.” Being a 5.13 acre tract 2 lots, 1 block Subdivision located within the ETJ of the City of Killeen, Bell County, Precinct 4. b. Consider Final Plat approval of the “Moffat Springs Phase 3.” Being a 1.403 acre tract 1 lot, 1 block Subdivision (block 6) located within the ETJ of the City of Temple, Bell County, Precinct 3. c. 4Review and Consider approval of construction plans on Chaparral Road connecting Killeen ISD High School # 6, Precinct 2.
Consider authorizing the County Judge to enter into an Interlocal Agreement to Conduct a Regional Transit Study with the cities of Temple, Belton, Copperas Cove, Harker Heights, Killeen and the counties of Coryell, Hamilton, Lampasas, Llano, Mason, Milam, Mills, and San Saba in an amount not to exceed $3,333.00.
Discuss and consider action on the Bell County Local Disaster Declaration dated March 18, 2020, any associated Directives that have been issued by the County Judge, and any federal or state declarations or orders associated with such.
