Consider adoption of revised Building & Grounds Use Policy for Bell County. e. 2Consider authorizing the County Judge to execute a interlocal agreement with ESC-Region 19 Purchasing (Allied States Cooperative) in accordance with Local Government Code, Chapter 271, Subchapter F, Section 271.101 and Section 271.102. This agreement gives Bell County membership access to procure materials, supplies, equipment or services through contracts that are competitively bid and awarded by Allied States Cooperative.
Consider approval of Proclamation to proclaim the month of August 2020 as Black Business Month.
Consider approval of the appointment of Ci Clay of Killeen, Texas to the Bell County Child Welfare Board.
Consider authorizing the County Judge to execute a letter for First National Bank Texas, which requests consent from Bell County to the assignment of the Agreement to a single asset entity (FNBT HQ, LLC).
3Consider approval of Order of Local Option Liquor Election to held on November 3, 2020 in Bell County, Texas for Justice of the Peace, Precinct 2, the purpose being legalizing the legal sale of beer and wine for off-premises consumption only.
