Consider authorizing the purchase of one 2021 Ford F450 with Knapheide Crane Body under BuyBoard Contract #601-19 with Rockdale Country Ford in the amount of $59,211 for the Road and Bridge Department.
Discuss and consider adoption of an Order authorizing the issuance and sale of Bell County, Texas, Limited Tax Refunding Bonds, to be Issued in one or more series, in an aggregate maximum principal amount not to exceed $46,000,000; levying a tax in payment thereof; authorizing the execution and delivery of a Bond Purchase Contract, a Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement, and an Officer's Pricing Certificate, calling certain obligations for redemption or prepayment; appointing an authorized representative to determine the final terms of the Bonds subject to certain specified parameters; finding and determining that the meeting at which this Order is passed is open to the public as required by law; and enacting other provisions relating thereto.
