Receive a report from Shay Luedeke, Bell County Tax Assessor-Collector, concerning Child Safety Fee Allocations to Bell County and Bell County Cities for fees collected October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020.
Consider approval of engagement letter for the preparation of Abatement Agreements, Development Incentives and related negotiation services with Capex Consulting Group.
Consider re-appointment of David Blackburn, Bell County Judge and Russell Schneider, Commissioner Precinct 1 to the Belton Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #1 (TIR2) Board for two year terms.
Consider amendments to the Bell County Personnel Policies Manual relating to retiree medical and/or dental provisions.
Consider adoption of the Bell County Section 125 Cafeteria benefits plan, to be effective November 1, 2020 through October 31, 2021.
