Consider approval of a Resolution authorizing submission of a grant application to the Office of the Governor, Public Safety Office Criminal Justice Division for Rifle-Resistant Body Armor Program and designating the County Judge as the Authorized Official for this grant.
Consider granting an exemption from competitive bidding in accordance to Sections 262.024(a)(1) and 262.024(a)(2) of the Texas Local Government Code and authorize the County Judge to enter into contract with Luminare to provide COVID vaccine management software on a 6-month subscription contract at a cost not to exceed $75,000, a 100% FEMA-eligible reimbursement expense.
Consider authorizing Bell County continued participation in the Bell County Adaptive Management Coalition work on the Critical Habitat Designation, Species Status Assessment, and Distinct Population Segment for the Salado Salamander in Bell County at a cost not to exceed $70,000.
Discuss and consider action on the Bell County Local Disaster Declaration dated March 18, 2020, any associated Directives that have been issued by the County Judge, and any federal or state declarations or orders associated with such.
