Designation of Reinvestment Zone for Property Tax Abatement - Discussion and action by Bell County Commissioners' Court to consider and take appropriate action on a Resolution and Order designating the Chiliingham Solar Reinvestment Zone No. 1 in the jurisdiction of Bell County, Texas for Property Tax Abatement under the Property Re-Development and Tax Abatement Act, Chapter 312 of the Texas Tax Code.
