Consider authorizing the County Judge to enter into a contract with Heat Transfer Solutions (HTS) through the BuyBoard under contract number #631-20 for the removal and replacement of 2 Lenox Split units at the Bell County Technology Services building and the installation of three Daikin wall mounted 3 ton mini split units at the Bell County Justice Complex for the not to exceed cost of $124,923.91. Funding from county funded capital project fund and general fund with approved budget amendment.
