Discuss and consider adoption of an order authorizing the issuance and sale of Bell County, Texas, Combination Tax and Revenue Certificates of Obligation, to be issued in one or more series, in an aggregate maximum principal amount not to exceed $138,015,000; levying a tax in payment thereof; authorizing the execution and delivery of a Purchase Contract, a Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement, and an Officer's Pricing Certificate, appointing authorized representatives to determine the final terms of the Certificates of Obligation subject to certain specified parameters; finding and determining that the meeting at which this Order is passed is open to the public as required by law; and enacting other provisions relating thereto.
