Consider authorizing the County Judge to enter into a contract with Heat Transfer Solutions through the NCPA purchasing cooperative contract # 02-85 for the furnishing and installation of Distech/Tridium Niagara Controls System at the Bell County Expo Center at a not-to-exceed cost of $76,800. Funding approved through the 2021-2022 Capital Project budget.
Consider the approval of Change Order # 4 to the North Annex project with Flores Construction in the amount of $11,183.73 for electrical work to address the change from 3 Phase power to Single Phase power with associated budget amendment.
Consider authorizing County Judge to accept the proposal for Professional Services from Neal Architectural Group, Inc. for the construction of a new Bell County Temple Annex at a yet to be determined site in the amount of $300,000.
