Consider adopting a resolution authorizing a Tax Abatement Agreement with Polmer LLC which will abate a percentage of the increases in the taxable value of certain real and personal property located in the Temple Industrial Park.

Consider approval of MRB Group Professional Architectural and Engineering services for Bell County Jail Expansion- Contract Amendment #7 - Jail Consultants to the Architectural Services contract in the amount of $89,300.00. This amendment addresses the additional consulting services for the Elevator Consultant for $5,800.00 (which ended with the DD effort) and the Food Services Consultant for $83,500.00.
Consider authorizing the award of RFP18-22, a Services Agreement with Blanton & Associates, Inc., for planning and development services associated with a Regional Habitat Conservation Plan, with the cost for the first work authorization for Phase 1 services not to exceed $58,500.
Consider authorizing the County Judge to enter into an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Lee County, Texas for the housing and care of inmates.
Ratify the installation and purchase agreement for AES/DES Encryption Software for Bell County Communications Center in the amount of $100,520.00, DIR contract number DIR TSO 4010. $92,041.41 of which will be funded by a Homeland Security Grant from the Office of the Governor with the remaining funds coming from a budget amendment from equipment contingency in the General Fund
