PUBLIC HEARING -- Pursuant to section 297.101 Texas Health & Safety Code, the County Commissioners Court will hold a public hearing to discuss, consider, and take action on the amount of the mandatory provider participation payments that the Bell County Commissioners Court intends to require of all local hospitals in fiscal year (FY) 2022 and how the revenue derived from those payments is to be spent.
5. Consider a Resolution setting the FY22 Rate for the Bell County Health Care Provider Participation Fund (LPPF).

Consider authorizing the County Judge to enter into a contract with Capstone Mechanical through the Buyboard purchasing cooperative contract #631-20 for the furnishing and installation of controls and cooling tower valve replacement at the Justice Center at a not-to-exceed cost of $425,887.00. Funding approved through the 2022-2023 Capital Project budget.
