Consider authorizing the County Judge to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with Clearwater Underground Water Conservation District for Project Management Services for the Bell-Cor Karst Coalition Regional Habitat Conservation Plan.
Pursuant to Central Texas Council of Governments Request for Proposal (RFP) dated November 1, 2021, for a regional broadband evaluation across a 7 county COG, the awarded response to the RFP from the engineering and consulting company, Foresite Group, LLC, and the letter agreement addressed to Bell County, dated January 31st, outlining the professional consulting services of Project Scope 3 from the RFP, and consider authorizing the County Judge to enter into an agreement with Foresite Group, LLC, for these services at a cost not to exceed $197,335.00.
Consider authorizing the County Judge to enter into a contract with R.K.Bass Electric through the TIPS purchasing cooperative contract # 200201 for the furnishing and installation of one 350 kw Generator on the roof of Central Jail at a not-to-exceed cost of $161,955.00. Funding approved through the 2022-2023 Capital Project budget.
