Consider authorizing the County Judge to enter into a contract with Heat Transfer Solutions (HTS) through the purchasing cooperative Buyboard under contract # 631-20 for replacement of 18 rooftop units at Juvenile Detention building 10 at a cost not to exceed $244,995.00 approved through the FY23 Capital Improvements Project budget.
Consider authorizing a purchase through GT Distributors, Inc. using BuyBoard contract 603-20 for 75 Rifle-Resistant Armor vest for the Sheriffs Department at a cost not to exceed $62,550.00. Using E-Grant 4500601 Rifle-Resistant Armor grant funds.
Consider amending the Bell County Unified Compensation Pay Plan relating to County and District Court Reporter positions.
