3.f. Consider authorizing the purchase of the following law enforcement vehicles through the purchasing cooperative, TIPS, under contract # 210907 with Silsbee Ford for Constable PCT 3, and the Sheriffs Department/Fire Investigators for a total cost of $246,236.64.

4. Consider and take appropriate action on Order Restricting Outdoor Burning (Burn Ban).

5. Conduct the process adopted by the Bell County Commissioners Court for the appointment of a Salary Grievance Committee.

6. Consider a Resolution expressing support of the redesignation of the highway routes relating to 8H36/US190, specifically, designating a new segment of roadway 1.12 miles east of Knob Hill Road as SH 36/US190 and redesignating the existing SH36/US190 as 'Business SH 36/US 190'.

7. Consider the following Kerns relating to the November 7,2023, Constitutional Amendment Election: a. Authorize providing Notice of Special Election on proposed Amendments to the Texas Constitution. b. Authorize the issuance of an Order calling for an election on proposed Amendments to the Texas Constitution; and c. Authorize the County Judge to execute an Order appointing election judges for Polling Sites 1,2,3,5,9,10,11,16,28,29,31 and the Ballot Board.

8. Consider the approval of a change order from Wright Builders in the amount of $58,500.00 for the Design, Installation, Permitting and Testing of the Fire Sprinkler and Fire Alarm system at the Museum Storage facility. Funding for this change shall be deducted from the Owners Contingency.

9. Re-announce the dates for the Public Hearings and for the approval of the Budget and Tax Rates. a. First Tax Rate Public Hearing and presentation of proposed FY 2024 Budget, August 23,2023 at 6pm. b. Budget Public Hearing, August 28,2023 at 9am. c. Second Tax Rate Public Hearing, August 28, 2023 at 9am. d. Adoption of 2024 Budget and Tax Rate, August 28,2023 at 9am
