10. Consider approval and take appropriate action on Interlocal Agreement between County of Bell, City of Killeen, and City of Temple 2023 Byrne Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program Award.

11. Consider amending the dates for the Public Hearings and for the approval of the Budget and Tax Rates.
